Everything from the tour, to signing the rental agreement was pretty smooth - even WITH a pandemic! Our apartment was clean and ready for us to move in - even when we changed it up and asked to move in a day early! Staff, including the maintenance team, were great - everyone is very friendly and accommodating! We love our new apartment more each day! Now, I can't WAIT until the workout room re-opens! :)

The maintenance crew is wonderful. Due to COVID considerations I had no direct contact but they did everything I asked including a little extra. Unfortunately, my front loading washer still has a bit of a smell but I’ve since learned that is a common problem and I’m trying a few home remedies the manufacturer recommends.
