I have loved living here! The staff who runs the place is so kind and helpful, they are open to any concerns that you have and will try to work with you as best as possible.
They do cute little things each month such as national pizza day, pie day, etc. they do great with keeping the place well kept :)
Its a beautiful place and we were excited to renew our lease here! My boyfriend didn't want to leave which is super shocking for him.
The only down fall with COVID this year which isn't apartments fault is I haven't been able to use any of the amenities and I paid full rent the whole time. As they opened them for some time, its hours that I work they were only opened (I'm assuming most people work) where we can't use them anyways which has been frustrating as rent isn't cheap and that's what I am paying for.
I look forward to being able to use the amenities this year hopefully!
The spiders/bugs get super bad in the summer as well but I saw they were starting to do things to get rid of them so hopefully they will be on top of that as the warmer weather starts.
Overall, it's totally worth living here.
