We have maintenance onsite to take care of every day repairs during business hours. If there is an emergency after hours, maintenance is available 24 hours a day, all you need to do is call the emergency line at 385-287-9341 for assistance.
Personal checks and cashier's checks are accepted through our online payment portal. Online payments may incur a small transaction fee when paying with a card or bank information. We currently use Prisma as our online payment portal. Rent is always due on the 1st of each month.
