We lived here over the past 3 years and loved it!! Only reason weâve moved out is because we bought a house or else weâd stay forever. The management is truly the most reasonable & kind management Ive ever worked with. Kayla & Tessa help quickly with anything and take all issues seriously. Every fee was reasonable including amenities & cable/wifi. They dont charge you for crazy things when moving out. Maintenance responds quickly. Really enjoyed the cute property and well planned/spacious apartments! Would highly recommend renting here if youâre in the market!

Came in for a tour, everything was nice and well put together! I enjoyed how easy the walkthrough was. Kya was beyond helpful and kind to me and my wife. Even though I did find a new home elsewhere. I will recommend to friends and family the Meadows!

I went to tour apartments at meadows American fork and kya helped me. She was super helpful and gave me all the details I needed to make a good decision. I loved how transparent she was and this is definitely my top option right now!

kept our deposit and charged us extra for stuff that was already broken when we moved in, the maintenance people never fixed anything, they are good at extorting peopleâ¦ the buildings are disgusting and were covered in spiderwebs but people get charged for the cleaning that dosent happen and carpets being âreplacedâ when we cleaned the apartment spotless.

Iâve had a really great experience living here so far. The apartment itself is clean, updated, and well-maintained, and any maintenance requests Iâve put in were handled quickly and professionally. The management team is friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which makes a big difference. The community feels safe and pretty quiet, which I really appreciate. They also have a nice pool thatâs great during the warmer months, plus a small dog park nearby â perfect if you have a dog or just like getting outside. Overall, itâs been a comfortable, stress-free place to live, and Iâd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid apartment community.

Meadows has been a great place to live. It's clean, quiet, and well maintained. Management is attentive, maintenance is quick, rent is reasonable, and very dog friendly. I highly recommend.
