As the manager, she goes above and beyond in every way—always approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making this place feel like home. Whether it's resolving issues quickly, keeping the property running smoothly, or just greeting residents with a smile, Kayla does it all with unmatched professionalism and warmth. She truly cares about the people who live here, and it shows in everything she does. Kayla is a rare kind of leader who makes a real difference, and The Meadows is incredibly lucky to have her. If anyone deserves a raise and recognition, it's Kayla—she’s simply the best!

The Meadows has been my favorite apartment I've ever lived in - and I've lived in many! No ridiculous rules for guest parking, fast turnaround on maintenance requests, and the office staff are very nice every time I've worked with them on anything. Everything is priced very fair as well, in my opinion.

“I lived at The Meadows in American Fork for about a year and truly enjoyed my time there. The community is peaceful, clean, and very well-maintained. It’s in a great location — close to stores, restaurants, and beautiful walking trails. The neighbors were friendly and the management was always helpful and professional. I felt safe and at home the entire time. I definitely recommend The Meadows to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live in American Fork.”
