Locked here forever. It’s a scam to move in and a scam to move out. My wife and I just moved out of here after a year lease. Lots of hidden fees in the month to month pricing and then utilities are extremely high here and I have no clue as to why. Gym is constantly broken on the cable machines and bikes and the clubhouse is never open. We got sent our final utility bill and they are requiring us to pay an ungodly amount for holes they said we could put in the walls, we had a little bit of paint that came off in the bathroom which they are charging us $700!! The market is bad enough but these guys will eat that small deposit and then reach their greedy hands into your pockets to tip you upside down and shake you for change. Save yourself the pain and go elsewhere

The Meadows at American Fork, UT. was a very pleasant experience. People were somewhat aloft; however, we are used to that being that we came from the Pacific Northwest. The hallways could be maintained a little better where the sheetrock is falling off the ceilings but, other than that everything was clean and well maintained.

Fixed exhaust fan over stove. Changed filter in hvac area… which was pretty bad it definitely was not changed between tenants. He tried to fix fan in master bath it is still quite noisy? And did preliminary work on corner wall. And all done within 1 hour. Kind man and very professional Thank you!!!
