I've lived in several apartment complexes and usually it's been an expectation that it's just a place to live and not much else. Since moving in to the Meadows and working with Tessa and the others in the office they have gone above and beyond to make it a great experience. The maintenance has been great especially on maintaining the grounds. I'm not saying it's perfect because no place is but the Meadows puts in the effort and it's been a great place to live and call home.

Customer service is trash AND they rip you off! They have the most ridiculous and annoying move out fees. I would recommend their neighbor apartment Ely because they’re newer and they don’t charge you an arm and a leg for move out prices. source : trust me bro.

I’ve lived here for six years in one of the first buildings that opened up. Throughout the years management has been the best - friendly, responsive and helpful. The maintenance guys are also always friendly, and if you need something taken care of you don’t have to wait long before it’s been fixed. There is almost no noise between units (there used to be a dog next door and I’d never hear it bark until I went outside). I would highly recommend Meadows to anyone.

Living there was average- but the moving out was terrible. We were told at the beginning that we could put pictures up, tv mounts, etc… upon moving out they charged us $900 to repaint the whole apartment. Super scummy. Do NOT live here unless you want to rent the place (which is overpriced anyway) and never step foot in it so they don’t milk you for all you’re worth.

Locked here forever. It’s a scam to move in and a scam to move out. My wife and I just moved out of here after a year lease. Lots of hidden fees in the month to month pricing and then utilities are extremely high here and I have no clue as to why. Gym is constantly broken on the cable machines and bikes and the clubhouse is never open. We got sent our final utility bill and they are requiring us to pay an ungodly amount for holes they said we could put in the walls, we had a little bit of paint that came off in the bathroom which they are charging us $700!! The market is bad enough but these guys will eat that small deposit and then reach their greedy hands into your pockets to tip you upside down and shake you for change. Save yourself the pain and go elsewhere

Haven’t lived here yet, but it looks very nice and feels very homey! Worked with Tessa and she made the application process very smooth and was very thorough with our options, so I wanted to leave her a nice review! :)
