So far my family and I have loved living at The Meadows. Tessa has been a great help getting us settled in and very responsive when we need something. Maintenance has been on top of helping us fix issues when they arise in a timely manner.

My partner and I have been residents at The Meadows for the past two years, and we just renewed our lease for a third term! Our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The community is welcoming and well-maintained, making it feel like home from day one. One major highlight of our time here has been The Manager, Kayla, who has truly made our living experience stress-free. She is always available to answer our questions and goes above and beyond to ensure that any concerns are promptly addressed. Her professionalism and friendliness have made a significant difference in our experience, and we can't thank her enough. The amenities are fantastic and well taken care of, specifically the dog park, pool and gym. and the location is perfect, within minutes of everything you need. We genuinely feel lucky to call The Meadows our home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing community.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! The office ladies lie to you about the parking situation saying âthere is plenty of public spots plus street parkingâ just for all the spots to be filled up 24/7 and street parking isnât even allowed per the city. ALSO they require you pay $150 a month for wifi just for it to not even work. This place is terrible. If you care about your family donât bring them here.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel like I have to warn others about this apartment complex. If I could give it zero stars, I would. The maintenance team here is virtually nonexistent. I even had to track down the maintenance guy myself, and he still couldnât fix the issue. I submitted multiple requests for simple repairsâthings that should have been taken care of right awayâbut no one ever shows up. When I follow up, Iâm either met with excuses or complete silence. Itâs incredibly frustrating. Whatâs worse is the management staff. They are some of the most arrogant and unprofessional people Iâve ever dealt with. They clearly donât care about the tenants. Every time I tried to resolve an issue, they either ignored me or made it seem like I was the problem. Communication is awful, and itâs obvious their main concern is just collecting rent, not tenant satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I received an email to review my maintenance request. My furnace wasnât working on Friday. It was very cold. All I know is it a warmer now. Did maintenance come by? They didnât contact me. They didnât tell me what was wrong or how they fixed it. So I donât know if itâs fixed or if they even came over. Please contact me and let me know what you did.

We have been at the Meadows for almost a year now and we have not had a single issue. Any small problem that we have had in the apartment itself was resolved quickly and efficiently. You can tell they have a great maintenance team with awesome attitudes. We spend a lot of time in the pool area during the summer and it’s always kept clean. The area around is also great for walks, it’s quiet and there are a lot of nice families making us feel safe.

Kayla is awesome she is one of the best property manager I met so far. I love all the activities that she does here she even comes out and interact with the kids on the activities and she is always available when I need her.
