Meadows at American fork is awesome! The ladies in the office specifically Tessa. She was super helpful is showing me their 2 bed 2 bath and did an amazing job showing me their full apartment. She was super helpful during the paperwork process and has been a huge help. They are great to deal with and I really appreciate this complex!

Wow! I guess my buddy was correct in telling me that I need to read all the reviews before considering moving into one of these apartments. I don't know that a one star rating coming from me is completely accurate since I live out of the state but I am relocating for work. But I also can't say that after reading the reviews I would give it many more stars either. I'm glad I did read the reviews because now I definitely know where not to live. Also, I checked out reviews for all the surrounding apartments complexes all right together in the same area and......I think I just need to look in a completely different area all together! I guess reviews really do make a difference sometimes.

This was a pretty good place to list. I’m a very objective person. So I’ll just make a pros and cons list. See below Pros: -Clean and modern apartment - somewhat reasonable pricing - leasing office management is extremely kind and accommodating Cons: -Small Washers and ineffective Dryers. Maintenance does their best to help out, but clothes never dry in one cycle. - Dog poop everywhere; and again maintenance & management does their best to clean. But it’s the residents that cause this issue. Overall, the property and staff is a great place to live. Even with the small issues. I only moved due to my company relocating me.

Kayla is amazing and so friendly every time I see her. The clubhouse and office space is incredible and I would consider living their just off of that alone. Great vibe, great energy and very nice!

I love the meadows clubhouse! It’s so classy looking. Also the ladies in the office are so nice. They are always so friendly whenever I see them. Our property is beautiful. Love my apartment!

I've lived at The Meadows at American Fork for almost three years, and I can confidently say that Kayla is the heart and soul of this community. As the manager, she goes above and beyond in every way—always approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making this place feel like home. Whether it's resolving issues quickly, keeping the property running smoothly, or just greeting residents with a smile, Kayla does it all with unmatched professionalism and warmth. She truly cares about the people who live here, and it shows in everything she does. Kayla is a rare kind of leader who makes a real difference, and The Meadows is incredibly lucky to have her. If anyone deserves a raise and recognition, it's Kayla—she’s simply the best!
