Catherine was extremely patient with my never ending questions. Moving across country after 42 years in the same place was stressful, but I had contact with two representatives in that office who were always helpful.

The apartment is beautiful and the manager is very sweet. We really love the area. We love the vinyl flooring and the short carpets. The space is big, which is awesome and everything is genuinely brand new. There are just a few things that could significantly improve the experience here if they were changed. When we first moved in, we had to go get our mail keys from the post office, which is fine. However, no one knew where our mail box was. Not the post office, nor the front desk of the apartment. We kind of went on a hunt to figure out that our mail box is located on the opposite side of the complex. I’m not unhappy about that, I just didn’t like that no one knew where our mailbox was. Second thing was that the complex has a deal with direct TV that forces each tenant to pay $99 for cable and REALLY BAD WiFi. 3 out of 4 of us need WiFi for our jobs, so the fact that we cannot opt out to get our own, improved internet is very disheartening. Update: this is still a problem to me. No one watches cable, and Direct TV WiFi is just horrible. Lastly, we signed a lease that specifically states that we can get fined for smoking near the buildings. People smoke near the buildings and balcony’s all the time. I wouldn’t mind so much, if they didn’t throw their cigarette butts on the ground everywhere or when my daughter and I walk through the breazeways, we didn’t smell smoke. People also take their dogs for walks and leave the dog poop all over the grass areas, so my daughter can’t freely run around this place. I just wish those problems were better monitored and controlled, seeing that this is a new complex and people are trashing it. Update: The ventilation system for the apartment is pretty bad. All air (cold/warm) pumps to the front room and bathrooms. During the summer the rooms are boiling hot. We have recently moved out.

My wife and I love the apartment we live in. It’s up to date, relatively quiet and has the necessities we want. If this was the only experience we’ve had here I would happily give 5 stars. However, the negative experiences we have almost seem unresolvable. I travel for work a lot. This means late nights, early mornings and days gone, sometimes many times per month. With that said, we pay for covered parking so that we can always have a place to park our second vehicle, especially during odd hours and weekends. The last two months we seem to have a reoccurring issue. Our spot has been parked in multiple times by people who do not live here. The cars don’t have the parking tag, as we have checked each time. The frustrating thing about this is each time this happens, I return home late from a flight or on the weekend when the office is either closed or management decides to not answer the phone (which happens 95% of the time). In past apartments I have luckily never had to deal with this, however, I don’t mind calling a towing company to work this out myself. The funny thing is, is that not one towing company has a contract with this complex. This means that they will not come tow. Even if they did have a contract, I also discovered that the laws in this city state that the towing company must receive written authorization from management with a picture of the car in order to tow. So now my single issue which should be easy to resolve has multiple steps: 1. We live in a complex with management who does not answer the phones and a few times has closed down early when I’ve tried to speak personally (sometimes 2 hours before closing time). They also don’t respond to emails until days later, or in my wife’s case, hasn’t responded to the previous incident for a few weeks. 2. There is no towing company contracted 3. Even if there was, who would I reach out to after hours to get management to send confirmation that said car should be towed? The only after hours contact is maintenance who of course can’t do anything and won’t give any numbers for higher ups to fix this. The sad thing is I wouldn’t even be leaving a review if they would’ve fixed this issue the first time this happened. I can’t believe the only way to get attention is through negative feedback on Google, hoping the “owner” will see this and correct this ASAP as I’m positive I’m not the only one dealing with this.
