Living at The Meadows at American Fork has been extremely disappointing due to an ongoing and unresolved noise problem. We moved in back in February, and since then, weâve been dealing with constant loud noise â especially from the neighbors above us.
My wife and I have reported this issue to the management countless times. Weâve spoken directly to the manager, called security multiple times as instructed, and yet absolutely nothing has changed. The noise continues at all hours, day and night.
This isnât just inconvenient â itâs unacceptable. We have a 20-month-old baby who needs to nap during the day and sleep through the night, and this level of noise makes it nearly impossible. Itâs affecting her rest, our mental health, and our ability to live peacefully in our own home.
We feel completely ignored by the property management. Thereâs no follow-up, no real solution, just the same excuse over and over again. For the price weâre paying, this is not the kind of environment anyone should have to deal with.
I would strongly warn others considering this apartment â unless youâre okay living with constant noise and zero support from management, look elsewhere. 0 stars!!!
