A few things I wish Iâd known: Parking is simply atrocious, the worst Iâve experienced Beware of spiders, theyâre everywhere in the summer and fall and management doesnât deal with it The units have energy efficient washer/dryers, but you have to dry the clothes all day. Not my idea of energy saving. When moving out, I asked for a cleaning list and was told there wasnât one, nor are the charges provided for their cleaning charges if you donât clean the apt yourself. Makes it easier for them to hit you with an arbitrary cleaning charge. The final bill states you have 10 days to pay, but be advised, you will be harassed every day of those 10 days until itâs paid. I was one of the first people to move into The Meadows in American Fork, and the first months were not bad, but it quickly deteriorated to a point where I wouldnât recommend it to anyone.
