A few things I wish I’d known: Parking is simply atrocious, the worst I’ve experienced Beware of spiders, they’re everywhere in the summer and fall and management doesn’t deal with it The units have energy efficient washer/dryers, but you have to dry the clothes all day. Not my idea of energy saving. When moving out, I asked for a cleaning list and was told there wasn’t one, nor are the charges provided for their cleaning charges if you don’t clean the apt yourself. Makes it easier for them to hit you with an arbitrary cleaning charge. The final bill states you have 10 days to pay, but be advised, you will be harassed every day of those 10 days until it’s paid. I was one of the first people to move into The Meadows in American Fork, and the first months were not bad, but it quickly deteriorated to a point where I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Pros- Location Grass and common areas are well maintained Bathtub is huge!!! They never bug you. I don’t think they ever came in my apartment which is nice for those that love their privacy Cons- Parking They always paint and replace carpet. So don’t expect any deposit back. You can literally hear everything your upstairs neighbor is doing. Every step, every door closing, even there romantic routines lol. Not sound proof at all. Overall I would say the price is reasonable with the area. Apartments are nice. Location is awesome.
