The apartments themselves are nice, however I canât give this place great remarks or suggest anyone move in.
Some of the staff are friendly and helpful, however some have been downright rude.
Working with them to resolve payment throughout the lease and at move out has been a nightmare.
Monthly payments were consistently calculated incorrectly, and required multiple instances of manual payments or refunds to the account because it wasnât drawing correctly. It is a hassle going in month after month to dispute charges that were supposed to be corrected the month before.
When asked about our deposit, and what we need to do to clean so that we can get the full amount backâ the response was âwe typically charge everyone for new paint and carpet cleaning, so donât worry about it. You probably wonât get the full amount back anywayâ
Then, upon moving out they charged us as if we still lived there! $1650 charged weeks after we had already left.
When notified about the erroneous charge, staff on the phone and in the office were rude and said there was nothing they could do, except for issue a refund 5-10 business days later. They then went on to say itâs our fault for setting up auto pay and not cancelling it, and they will continue to take money until we go in and change that.
Look, the apartments are nice. Overpriced but a good location. Just donât expect all the staff to be helpful, especially if it has anything to do with them getting money back to you.
