Please please please please do yourself a favor and read these reviews. All they care about is the money. Cheap faulty apartments with management that does not even care about. And they will absolutely refuse to fix the problems or compensate for their damages. Someday there will be a class action lawsuit against this management company and I hope everybody joins! Don't bother responding unless you're going to start fixing things!

We were so excited to move in after our tour—the place looked amazing. But once we moved in, everything changed instantly. This is, without a doubt, the worst place I’ve ever lived. First, the build quality of these apartments is nowhere near worth the price. There’s no soundproofing at all; we constantly hear our loud neighbors. The flooring and countertops are cheap, and the washer and dryer are terrible. The hot water heaters are too small to support the apartments. The breezeways between buildings are falling apart and are constantly covered in bugs and spiders. The outdoor lights flicker all night, and many are burnt out. Parking is a joke, and if your car is here for more than 10 minutes, it’ll be covered in spiderwebs. The manager, Kayla, clearly doesn’t care about the property. Complaints go unheard and unresolved. There’s dog poop everywhere because no one picks up after their pets. They also nickel and dime you for everything. Our fire sprinkler system malfunctioned in the garage, causing over $20,000 in damages, and management initially tried to blame us. The maintenance manager later told us the fire riser had been improperly installed since construction, yet it still took months to fix—leaving us living here without a working fire alarm. The hot tub is always broken when we try to use it. We’ve also had multiple items stolen from our porch, which forced us to install security cameras. We tried to leave early after I lost my job due to a workplace injury, but it would have cost more to break the lease than to finish it out. Avoid this place like the plague. We absolutely cannot wait for our lease to end so we can leave this hellhole

My wife and I made some good friends here, but we won’t be staying as it is far too expensive for poor maintenance and management, little space, and a long list of extra fees. Asked for a copy of our lease agreement over email and it was completely ignored. My wife finally navigated through the minefield of dog poop on the lawns and went to the office to ask for a copy and had to wait for 40 minutes to get it. The lease agreement is 80 pages long, but it basically says “we can charge you for anything we see fit.” This includes charging you for ANYTHING you have on your patio other than chairs. While maintenance requests and emails regarding my lease were ignored, the staff DID find time to tell me to take down my American Flag the day before Pioneer Day 🙄. The Meadows will also now be charging a “CAMS” fee which is an HOA fee but they can’t legally call it that since it’s apartment living. In reality, it’s just another way for the meadows to con you out of more money in addition to the $125 sub par internet, $30 parking fee, $13 Real Estate Tax Allocation, $70 for Sewage, $16 trash fee, $30 for water, and $6.50 service charge that adds nearly $300 depending on the month to your base rent before utilities. In addition to the new CAMS fee, expect to pay at least $300 in addition to your base rent. I’ve heard the move out process is a nightmare with numerous additional hefty charges and fees so I will update this with photos of our apartment and what they are fining us for repairs and the associated fees that will come after we move out.

Kayla is professional and cheerful - a joy to do business with! My company did some work on the parking lot (line striping) and Kayla was fantastic. I'd recommend doing business with her to anyone. The lot, facility, and entirety of the complex looked to be in great shape (clean, functioning, welcoming, etc.). Looks like a fantastic place!
