At the present time, these appear to be nice apartments. If you intend to ride Frontrunner with a degree of regularity, these apartments may be especially convenient as they are located right across from a station. There aren't a ton of conveniences within easy walking distance . As the crow flies, you aren't too far from shopping, but due to the street situation, you have to drive a lot further to get there. Egress doesn't appear to be an issue at this point.

Catherine was extremely patient with my never ending questions. Moving across country after 42 years in the same place was stressful, but I had contact with two representatives in that office who were always helpful.

Very spacious apartments. BEAUTIFUL clubhouse with a pool, hot tub and work out facility. The office staff and maintenance team are always so friendly and helpful. Very happy living here!

I feel blessed to have found an apartment community with such caring and thoughtful office management. I've been here 6 mons and I still feel the same. The office is very responsive and the maintenance guys are the best. They say hi as they maintain the community from their golf carts, always working hard to make everything nice. I feel blessed to have found an apartment community with such caring and thoughtful office management. Lydia was very patient and considerate as all the required documents slowly came in. Anyone looking for an apartment community with a furry companion, Meadows at American Fork is the only way to go. As I drove through the community I found a group of residents sitting in a wide circle each with there furry canine companion at their feet. Receiving a bill for $400+ in cleaning fees to move out is not okay. When asked about this they respond saying it's the turnover cost, in the last 10 years I have lived in apartment never have I not been told the costs of moving out or had to pay for some of the companies turnover fees. If they expect to have every resident pay these fees they should tell them up front instead of sending a huge bill without notice. On top of moving out parking was a huge problem the entirety of living here with tons of business trucks taking up lots of spaces, and the grass areas are always a mess littered with dog poop not taken care of.
