I have a 12 month lease here and it’s terrible. I’m pretty sure they are making accounts to boost up the score. I have been in lots of apartments and at first glance the meadows look really nice. Then you realize that it’s all cheaply made, overpriced and the staff is less than useless. Would not live here again and I strongly recommend to avoid this place at all costs.

My husband and I moved her a year ago and absolutely love it! Management is so nice, and anytime we’ve had an issue (which is so rare) maintenance was able to fix is ASAP and they were also so nice and helpful. We’re looking forward to renewing again! Also, lots of cute dogs here! The dog park is awesome to have, our pup loves going out to play with the other dogs here.

(Rachael Aubrey) I have lived at the Meadows at American Fork since it first opened and our apartment was first built, almost 2 years now. Ashley G., the property manager, has been with us from the beginning and she is fantastic. She is professional, helpful, and always available to answer any questions we have had throughout our time here. All of the staff has been incredibly helpful. We live in the top floor of a 1 bed, 1 den and love the updated, airy feel of the appliances, walls, floors, and all of the natural light (5 huge windows that line our apartment). We’ve also enjoyed the gym with a cute kids room, the large pool, and the playground + swing set. You will love living here.

Just moved in! So far, the facilities are excellent, the appliances new, and the apartment overall looks beautiful (floors, countertops, etc). Cons? When I moved in, the apartment was VERY dirty. I had to sit and scrub it down for hours before I could even move in. And even worse, I can hear almost everything from the neighbors above me. I don't know if I should blame the neighbors for having heavy feet and an exercise machine that shakes my entire kitchen like an earthquake, or blame Meadows for building an apartment with a thin ceiling. Either way, overall I have been very satisfied. (PS: Moving in fees were reasonable. Pricy, but fair.)

This was a very smooth move in. The office was way on top of it with all the documents and getting everything taken care of that we needed. We worked with Jessica and Anita and they were awesome! the three maintenance guys are great as well, they made our apartment look brand new and I have never seen maintenance workers take such pride and ownership in their work

This place is great! My husband and I have lived here almost a year and have renewed our contract because we really enjoy The Meadows. It's in a great location, the apartments are updated and stylish, and I've never had a bad experience with any worker. We've only needed one minor maintenance fix and was resolved extremely quickly! Plenty of parking and we never hear our neighbors. Highly recommended!

Worst management I’ve ever dealt with. We inquired with what we were looking for and they said it was available so we scheduled a tour. We show up and they rented out the apartment without letting us know and acted like they couldn’t care less. 0/10. Absolute worst experience.
