We have lived here for 8 months now and there are many good things about these apartments. They are big, spacious and clean. The grounds are well kept and you can tell the management care about the outward appearance of the place. Maintenance is quick and attentive. The negatives: the appliances, amenities and the cost. The washer, drier are too small and donât clean and dry very well, the dishwasher is the same. They leave instructions on how to use the appliances properly but following them makes no difference, the tv is terrible and you have no choice but to pay the cost. Weâve watch it maybe three times and for 70 a month itâs a waste of money. Also what is really frustrating is that because Provo and Orem are now in restrictions the management company had closed down all the amenities like the pool and the gym and the playground even though American fork isnât in Orem and Provo. This is irritating because we spend all this money to live here and basically donât have access to things that made us want to move here in the first place. Lots of fees and bills which add up fast.
