I have loved living here! The staff who runs the place is so kind and helpful, they are open to any concerns that you have and will try to work with you as best as possible. They do cute little things each month such as national pizza day, pie day, etc. they do great with keeping the place well kept :) Its a beautiful place and we were excited to renew our lease here! My boyfriend didn't want to leave which is super shocking for him. The only down fall with COVID this year which isn't apartments fault is I haven't been able to use any of the amenities and I paid full rent the whole time. As they opened them for some time, its hours that I work they were only opened (I'm assuming most people work) where we can't use them anyways which has been frustrating as rent isn't cheap and that's what I am paying for. I look forward to being able to use the amenities this year hopefully! The spiders/bugs get super bad in the summer as well but I saw they were starting to do things to get rid of them so hopefully they will be on top of that as the warmer weather starts. Overall, it's totally worth living here.

Lived here over a year now. Never can hear my neighbors. Complex is very nice and drop off cute little gifts every month. Pets are allowed but everyone actually cleans up after themselves! Only complaint would be bugs during the summer, but I'm also in a building next to a large field so this probably only applys to those apartments.

They never answer the phone and the managing staff was terrible at calling back when you left them a message. There were always cigarettes on the ground near our apartment. The staff makes everything hard and nothing is ever easy. I would strongly suggest living anywhere else. It is not worth the hassle and inconvenience of working with the staff and living here. So glad we are gone and do not have to deal with the staff any longer. I would give this place negative stars if they were offered. The staff is disrespectful, rude, inconsiderate, and this was my worst apartment experience ever.

We have lived at Meadows for a year. Overall, we have loved the apartments; very clean, relatively quiet except for one new neighbor screaming the F word throughout the day and night. Due to Covid, the gym and pool have been closed for quite some time. Despite that, management felt the need to jack the rent $50 at the start of the new year, as well as passing on a Real Estate fee to the tenants. If you are thinking about signing a lease, ask about ALL the fees they plan to charge you. Expect $100 in cable/internet (cannot opt out), $10 rental insurance, $6.50 processing fee per rent payment, $11 real estate fee, $20 for a reserved, covered parking spot, and all of the water, sewer, and electricity charges for your apartment (around $100). This place sure isn't cheap. Glad we're moving soon.

I feel blessed to have found an apartment community with such caring and thoughtful office management. I've been here 6 mons and I still feel the same. The office is very responsive and the maintenance guys are the best. They say hi as they maintain the community from their golf carts, always working hard to make everything nice. I’ve been here 6 months and I love it. The office is very responsive to concerns and the maintenance guys so friendly. I see them in their golf carts all day making sure everything is just right. They even provide doggie bags and cans all over so no matter where you are they have you covered. I plan to stay here along time.

Overall like living here. Management is nice and maintenance keeps things very clean and are very helpful. They are newer buildings and conveniently located to the city center and shopping. They have been good with covid restrictions this year. The price is reasonable to the area. Its a nice quiet, safe, and friendly community. A few things to suggest: Please consider the larger spiders and hornets and bug removal. Parking is fine for us but not great when having visitors. Your dog park is very small. We have thought about getting a dog again and since we don't have a yard anymore we would want it to be able to run. We looked and the recommended size is about a half acre and other places have much larger dog parks. My granddaughter did enjoy watching that dog group this summer in the middle field from our balcony. Looked like fun and nice to see people getting to know each other and be part of a community. The dogs were so well trained and behaved. I presume they had those electronic collars. The owners seem very responsible with cleaning up after their dogs as well. I know from sitting on the balcony that so many don't unfortunately. Maybe close off part of the field as a dog park instead or expand the other one? No one else seems to be using it and its a waste of space if they are not.
