My husband and I moved away from the Meadows a couple of weeks ago just because we needed a bigger space for our growing family, but we absolutely loved living here and were very sad to leave! We moved in May 2019 (shortly after it opened) and lived there for over 2 years. The management was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive to us and we had no issues with them. For example, our oven stopped working about 6 months ago and they came and replaced our oven within a couple of hours! The apartment itself felt very spacious for a two bedroom/two bathroom space and the amenities were excellent. The grounds are always well kept, as well as the gym and pool. My husband and I were honestly very happy there and would 100% recommend it to anyone!

So many fake positive reviews here, how awful of an apartment company do you have to be to do that? I applied here 2 months ago; I toured and the girl (who was deceptively nice) told me it would take 2-3 days for my application to go through. After applying, I didnât hear from them for THREE WEEKS. I called, emailed, texted, etc. Nothing. They will leave some bogus reply here saying they âdid their bestâ but no- they ignored me. Forcing me to apply somewhere else. When I reached out and told them to refund my admin fee because I hadnât heard from them, they refused. They told me they had a staffing shortage which resulted in them completely ignoring me, but refused to refund my administration fee. I feel like I dodged a bullet because if they canât even do that, I canât even imagine living somewhere so awful. To the girl working alone, ignoring people, and blaming her in ability to work on a staffing shortage, I truly hope that your life isnât s miserable as you make other peoples.

All of these Positive reviews are fake. This place is disgusting, they steal your money from you, and they are unethical. Do not under any circumstance live here. Friend recently ignored for three weeks, forcing her to apply elsewhere, but then they would not refund her administration fee even though they were the ones that ignored her. At what level do you have not care about literally anybody to force people into that situation? This place is disgusting.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is so disgusting and unethical and dirty. My friend applied here, and paid their $300 administration fee and then they went radio silent for three weeks. She finally had to apply somewhere else because she didnât know what was going on. When they finally reached out three weeks later to sign the lease, she told them she had applied somewhere else that they refused to refund the $300 administration fee because they are stealthy, and unethical. They even admitted to having a staffing shortage which resulted in her being ignored. Such disgusting filthy people.

We have lived at Meadows for a year. Overall, we have loved the apartments; very clean, relatively quiet except for one new neighbor screaming the F word throughout the day and night. If you are thinking about signing a lease, ask about ALL the fees they plan to charge you. We were not told about the fees until we were given the Welcome Home sheet upon move in. Expect $100 in cable/internet (cannot opt out), $10 rental insurance, $6.50 processing fee per rent payment, $11 real estate fee, $20 for a reserved, covered parking spot, and all of the water, sewer, and electricity charges for your apartment (around $100). UPDATE: The day we moved out, we spent more than 8 hours deep cleaning the apartment. It was sparkling clean. Despite that, we still got charged the full $90 cleaning fee. So, word of warning, don't bother cleaning before you leave because they will charge you anyway.
