Пока только планирую снимать тут квартиру. Поэтому могу только сказать, что место приятное, аккуратное, чистое. Квартира, которую показывали, мне понравилась. Ставлю 4* потому что, чтобы снимать тут квартиру, нужно зарабатывать в три раза больше, чем месячная квартплата. В других местах достаточно зарабатывать в два раза больше.

Do not live here. They are liars, they straight up stole $300 from me. They convinced me to apply there, and then ignored me for six weeks. I was forced to find another place to live, and when I reached out to get my deposit back they refused. This place is fraudulent and illegal

Beware of this complex. They charged me a $300 admin fee. After four weeks I didn’t hear anything from them and was forced to find another place to live. They finally emailed me after three weeks of me emailing and calling them. When I finally said I had to find somewhere else to live, they finally emailed me and said I was approved and they had my lease, but refused to give me my $300 for the complete radio silence. Honestly the most disgusting thing that has ever happened to me was walking inside of those doors

Excellent management team, very proactive. We love our friendly maintenance crew & apartment staff. So quick to help with apartment fixes & they maintain the property so well. It’s very social, relaxed, and safe here. Beautiful apartments that are built to feel bigger than they really are and sweet neighbors. Wonderful place to call home.

The apartments are great except for the awful construction going on behind the apartments and I know it’s not their fault. But I work graves, and construction noisss start every morning at 7:30 am and it’s extremely loud, my roommate moved out because of it but I thought I could deal with it. So be weary of what part of the community you move in to due to the construction.

Great place to live. Jessica is very good at her job and made moving in, and out, very simple. If I move back to the area I will definitely be back in this community.

I believe his name was Alan! Alan come in and looked at my sink and less then 20 minutes he solved the problem! He was great to work with and super nice! Made me feel great to call the meadows home! Everyone here has been so amazing to work with!

Beware this complex. I live in a 3 bedroom unit at the meadows. They threw away our doormat (and everyone elses). They charge us 120 dollars a month for cable we don't want. The walls are paper thin. The gym feels like it was made for old people. You can't be in the pool past 10. We are spending 2000 dollars per month plus electicity when its advertised for far less. The garages if you get one are tiny one car garages. Electricity bill is extremely high because of the total lack of insulation. They have walked into our appartment unannounced three times now without our knowledge or consent. There is no parking except for what you pay for. Any "guest spots" are taken by 6 pm because of how many people don't have adequate paid parking. They price gouge us for utilities. We pay 500 dollars a month plus electricity in utilities. Sorry for the ramble this place just gets me heated at how bad it is. I am using a pseudonym for this review because of how I've been treated here thusfar.
