I believe his name was Alan! Alan come in and looked at my sink and less then 20 minutes he solved the problem! He was great to work with and super nice! Made me feel great to call the meadows home! Everyone here has been so amazing to work with!

Beware this complex. I live in a 3 bedroom unit at the meadows. They threw away our doormat (and everyone elses). They charge us 120 dollars a month for cable we don't want. The walls are paper thin. The gym feels like it was made for old people. You can't be in the pool past 10. We are spending 2000 dollars per month plus electicity when its advertised for far less. The garages if you get one are tiny one car garages. Electricity bill is extremely high because of the total lack of insulation. They have walked into our appartment unannounced three times now without our knowledge or consent. There is no parking except for what you pay for. Any "guest spots" are taken by 6 pm because of how many people don't have adequate paid parking. They price gouge us for utilities. We pay 500 dollars a month plus electricity in utilities. Sorry for the ramble this place just gets me heated at how bad it is. I am using a pseudonym for this review because of how I've been treated here thusfar.

Their resident events are always a blast and super interactive, my kids look forward to these events every other month and office staff are always helpful.

We love living here! The apartments are spacious and modern and itâs always fun to take our dog on a walk around the complex. Maintenance is great too and has quickly and efficiently responded to every maintenance request weâve had and are incredibly helpful. I wish the rent was a little cheaper as it can be pricey and I do hate the constant construction sounds of the road and the construction behind our business but we still love our experience here.

The apartments are very nice, neighbors are great, management isnât the worst, maintenance is awesome! The walls and ceilings are pretty soundproof- we barely heard the people above us, and nothing from our shared walls. Be aware that some apartments are over garages and those do get pretty loud. However, they have âenergy efficientâ washers and dryers that make doing laundry an absolute headache. It was faster to dry my clothes on a clothes line. The hot tub and pool are fantastic, gym has a meh collection of equipment. There are super weird rules about the common room in the clubhouse which make it unreasonable for any gatherings at all. The dog park is absolutely tiny and useless if you have a dog above 50lbs. 4 stars, because with all the issues it was still a very pleasant place to live! Close to any shopping you need, right across from the UTA station, and again- the apartments are really nice and kept in great shape.

The place was nice and the grounds were fairly well maintained. However, there was little parking and they screw you over with hidden fees especially when you move out.

I put in a maintence request over the weekend and they had it done first thing monday morning when we flew back in to town! It was a minor problem but they quickly fixed it!
