Staff is amazing to work with, super friendly and willing to help out anyway they can! Great place to live! Close to pretty much everything!

I put a maintenance request in at about 4:00 PM in the evening thinking they wouldn’t see it until the next day or maybe even next week because it was a Friday and 10 minutes later I heard a knock at my door. They fixed the problem right away. We absolutely love living here!:)

I really enjoy living here! The staff is very kind, and courteous. I’m actually shocked at how pleasant management has been. The pool and dog park are nice, and there’s a lot of options for small families. I would definitely recommend this to someone.

The maintenance team did awesome. They fixed our shower and sprayed off our porch immediately the next day of business opening. They did a super good job!

I wish we could move out sooner because of the in office management. Our online portal hasn't worked for paying rent since moving in, so we've called the office to get rent amounts and dropped off checks to the office. Excluding today, we've never paid late and today I learned that we have several late fees charged to our account. Because we neglected to ask for a receipt each time we dropped off the check, it's our word against theirs so they're unwilling to remove the previous late fees. I'll get a receipt each time going forward and recommend you do as well if you have to pay by check. Also, I've never been treated by a management team the way this office treats me. It's been a very bad experience for my roommate and I.

Living at The Meadows was a marvelous experience that I shall never forget. The 3 bedroom townhouse is so spacious it felt like living in a house. I enjoyed the sunshine from the big windows. The place was immaculate when I moved in and I left it as immaculate as when I moved in. I’m at loss when it comes to describe the amazing ladies at the office. So professional, so caring, so friendly so kind. I also had the opportunity to meet the guys from Maintenance who took care of anything and I needed. I’m grateful to them also. Indeed there is a lot of new complexes being built in the area nothing will match what Meadows has to offer. Unfortunately I had to relocate because of serious health issues where I could have become a liability. I strongly and highly recommend this beautiful complex centrally located. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity I had to live at the Meadows in American Fork and specially thankful to all the marvelous people that work there to make it happy for for all the tenants.
