This is a great place to live if you enjoy hearing every time your neighbor sneezes through the walls, getting overcharged for things you don't use and never having anywhere for your guests to park. Expect extremely high utility bills in the summer and winter. Overpriced and poorly built. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.
The wifi is genuinely awful. You have to pay for cable through them whether you want it or not. Good luck getting your security deposit back. They kept ours and then charged us extra even though we left the place needing only a couple spots of touch up paint and otherwise spotless. They will tell you that you can park in UTA and that they made a deal with them. You can't. I asked UTA parking enforcement and they flatly rejected that notion after giving me a tow warning. Their inspections are invasive as they give you hardly any notice and the times are non negotiable. We had covid and they still came in despite us informing them.
Some goodish things: the pool and gym are pretty decent although very minimal with restrictive pool hours. The apartments are relatively new so you won't need to worry about rot or mold. The garages are a pretty nice amenity. But if you're a family with multiple cars you can get used to parking on the street. Location is fantastic.
Edit: If this apartment complex wants to improve they can pave some more parking, get better wifi, kill the unnecessary billing, be honest about security deposits, be negotiable with inspections, lower their costs, and blow even the smallest amount of insulation into the walls.
