The staff is rude and very disrespectful. Jessica needs to be fired. Overall they don’t care about you. Overpriced with the worst staff. The staff still to this day haven’t said “sorry” or “apologized” to us for the way we’ve been treated and the issues we’ve faced. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

We've lived here for close to 2 years and we love it! Maintenance is amazing and so is the front office staff! They’re so kind and always so willing to help. I love the playground areas for the kids and the pool is always so well kept. The apartments are beautiful inside and spacious. This is the first place I’ve lived where I didn’t want to move a year later. We’re happy here. :)

BEWARE!!!!!! Been here for about a month. Moved in with the idea that we would have a washer and dryer in the unit. It's almost worthless. It's a energy saver that's the size you would find in a motor home. Also the "high speed" internet can't even stream a Netflix movie without stopping to buffer 20 times. Also, the units are not properly noise deadened. You can hear people walking above you. Even worse if the walk on their heels or are barefoot. We have complained about an upstairs neighbor because they let their kids run and jump on the hardwood floors all evening. I've asked for the manager to call me and have heard nothing back in over a week. Never see the manager even in the office. The carpet from the garage entrance is old and smelt bad when we moved in. We asked to have it replaced. Instead, they cleaned it which only intensified the smell. Now it's been over a month with a retched smell and still no new carpet. We will definitely be moving as soon as out lease is up. Poor management. Owner is obviously a cheapskate. Says washer and dryer in units. High speed internet. What a joke. It's truly sad that an owner of such a large property is too cheap to buy actual washer and dryers for units instead of the ones you would put in a motorhome. Shame on you. Hope you sleep good at night in your pretty big house.

We have been here for two years. LOVE it here! Mgt is great and maintenance staff goes out of their way to help! So thankful for all that you do! Love the events throughout the year as well!!

I made the dumb decision when I got married to rent a 2 bedroom apartment. But even so, $1900+ is a lot of money for an apartment. I have no idea how other people there could afford that. The internet is slow, you cannot upgrade to another plan because the Meadows has a restricted plan that forces everyone to have the same level of service. You have "inspections" that allow the Meadows to intrude on you. And the worst part about this place is that you cannot transfer your contract. You are absolutely going to pay out the full price of your contract before you leave, so prepare yourself.
