I appreciate the maintenance staff and their ever friendly demeanor! They lent me a push broom to sweep the corridor when my neighbors left it very dirty and helped diminish the presence of ants in my apartment

So freaking horrible! The Internet sucks, it's so slow, and we moved in a year ago and on the first day we noticed dents in the walls, unfinished pain jobs, everything was just dented, and not painted or built completely. The ceilings in on the building (that were made less then a year ago) are falling apart! The ceiling is literally hanging in all the apartment buildings! And people have complained multiple times asking for it to be fixed, but this place just ignores them! I do not recommend living here. Especially since the apartments near my house are 12 years old, they are in perfect condition. I've been in the apartments when I have hung out with friends, they are so much better.and the ceilings are in perfect condition

The apartments are so cute and the bathtub is HUGE. The little gym they have has a tiny kid room so you can even workout if you have kids. All the staff is super friendly, complex is mostly quiet. The floors seem thin, so my upstairs neighbors have super stompy steps and play loud music late at night sometimes. But otherwise it's a super nice place! Haven't had any issues with internet speed. The playground is clean, the pool is nice, and grounds seem well kept!

UPDATE: There are additional fees to rent. Which includes: $13 real estate tax location, $6.50 for service and I don't know what for, $2.00 pest control and I've never seen them at my apt. I should be getting $50 off my rent for paying on time and they don't remove it. Please make sure you know what you're getting into. Very nice apartments and location, maintenance is great. The neighbors are very sweet, No complaints there. Down fall is parking, forced to pay for cable, and internet, and the internet sucks. I have to get my own, which works way better than what the apartment provides. They also split the water with the whole apartment building, not just what your apartment used. Some of the gym machines don't really work. I recommend keeping your gym membership. There is nothing to say about the move out process as of right now. But I will provide an update when I officially move out.

Very nice apartments and location, maintenance is great. The neighbors are very sweet, No complaints there. Down fall is parking, forced to pay for cable, and internet, and the internet sucks. I have to get my own, which works way better than what the apartment provides. They also split the water with the whole apartment building, not just what your apartment used. Some of the gym machines don't really work. I recommend keeping your gym membership. There is nothing to say about the move out process as of right now. But I will provide an update when I officially move out.
