He came and did one coat of paint on Friday and said he would be back on Monday to do the second coat but he didn’t come.

Another update 2026: We noticed that our AC stopped cooling over night and were able to send a text message to the emergency maintenance line at 6am and they responded right away! They scheduled to come to our unit at 9am and were able to figure out the problem instantly. As soon as the needed part was replaced, our AC returned to normal. We were so stressed about it becoming a bigger issue but, as always, they provided an immediate resolution and we can now continue to enjoy the cold air in our apartment during this very hot summer. Any time we have an issue or concern, they fix it quickly and efficiently. They are always so professional and kind as well :) Update 2026: We just renewed our lease to continue living here for our 3rd year and we still love it! We are planning on renewing for a few years to come, and will hopefully upgrade to a larger floor plan next year because the apartments are so lovely. I still highly recommend moving here! 2024: I absolutely love living here! My boyfriend and I moved to The Meadows in May of this year, and our experience has so far been wonderful. The leasing staff is so friendly, informative and accommodating, and the apartments are very affordable, in my opinion. Since moving in we haven't had any issues. Of course the parking situation could be better, but that's the norm for most complexes, and we never have any issues finding a space, even if it happens to be a little farther away than we would prefer. Any time I have called or put in a request, it is met with a solution in a very timely manner. Just yesterday I called regarding a broken bottle that was in the "road" in front of our building, and it was cleaned up immediately. The location is super convenient, the apartment layout is so open and inviting, I love the natural light, our ac/heater works great, we always have hot water, and all of the residents that I've encountered are friendly and don't cause any problems. I also LOVE the carpet in the rooms, it's so easy to clean! Anyway, this is by far the best apartment complex I've lived in and we plan to stay here for as long as we can until we are able to afford a house :) If you're looking for a new place to live, I highly recommend moving here!

I have lived here for the past 2 years, and would be giving 5 stars if not for what has transpired over the last 2 months. The majority of units are located above a garage or attached to them. The units located directly above garages do not use said garage, it belongs to someone else living on the 3rd or 1st floor. 2 months ago a neighbor moved in with 3 vehicles, after-market parts on the exhaust. Said neighbor enjoys idling and revving their engines 5-8 times a day for several minutes at a time directly below me. It is so loud my floor / bookshelves / TV / windows shake. I work from home, on top of this occurring during a covid and separate short term disability leave. My guests have complained, my neighbors have complained, I have complained. It's been hell. In my final talk with the management team, they said it was "he said, she said", that this was 'Apartment living', and that the realities of living above a garage were people would be coming and going and there was nothing they would do, aside from talk to the neighbor which just aggravated them to do it more. I have lived here for 2 years, have had no problems living above a garage, but when I raise a single complaint, my complaint is my fault and I'm the one that needs to understand reality. The reality is I'm not paying 1800 dollars a month to live in an environment where my walls shake 8 times a day, where hot water lasts 15 minutes, hard water is the norm, and walkways / stairs are filled with bugs and spiders. Judging by recent reviews, I would look elsewhere. Thankfully my lease ended at the tail end of this, feel bad for anyone that moves in here and suddenly ends up in a similar situation with no options

I've lived in several apartment complexes and usually it's been an expectation that it's just a place to live and not much else. Since moving in to the Meadows and working with Tessa and the others in the office they have gone above and beyond to make it a great experience. The maintenance has been great especially on maintaining the grounds. I'm not saying it's perfect because no place is but the Meadows puts in the effort and it's been a great place to live and call home.
