Would not recommend. Stayed for 2 years and from the parking to the dog poop every where kids are suppose to play, I guarantee there is a better place for you. Any maintenance needing done usually takes 4 to 6 weeks before hearing from the office unless you reach out to them constantly. Office staff also seems very inexperienced with helping or answering routine leasing office questions. Not the employees fault, im sure its management to some level. Clubhouse only open during leasing office hours which is kinda a bummer. Won't get into details but we also experienced insect issues while living here, with again weeks before hearing from anybody. Your security deposit will come out to almost nothing due to their high moving out cleaning fees. They did not work with my family so I doubt they'll work with you and yours. Just read the contract terms close before sign. And if you do, good luck.

The guy came out and fixed all the lighting issues we had. He is friendly and did what he came to do. We also had a problem with our garage door which was fixed within 24 hours of my call.. Excellent...
