Edit per response:
I am a current resident, and I have repeatedly tried to bring these issues to the attention of the property manager. Unfortunately, instead of addressing concerns, she chooses to avoid residentsâoften slipping out the back door when I enter the leasing office.
Attached are photos of the so-called âprofessionally cleaned breezewaysâ (with more to come), along with statements directly from the office. Residents are told garages are limited strictly to vehicle parkingâno bikes, no storageâand apparently, neither are the common areas, despite these being standard accommodations for bikes at every other apartment community Iâve lived in.
The property manager, Kayla, spends more time deflecting blame onto residents than actually fixing problems. Meanwhile, the maintenance team has been nothing but professional, courteous, and hard-working. The real issue here is a property manager who clearly has no idea how to run a community.
Original:
I would give this property zero stars if possible. The management team appears to prioritize money over residentsâ well-being, and the overall living experience has been extremely disappointing.
The grounds are poorly maintained, with frequent issues such as dog waste left unattended and spiders throughout the property. Parking is consistently inadequate, and the lot is unsafe due to vehicles speeding through â including the property managerâs husband, who has been seen driving recklessly in the community.
Attempts to contact management, particularly the property manager Kayla, are often unsuccessful as concerns are ignored or avoided. The apartments themselves are cheaply constructed with no soundproofing, poor upkeep, and very little attention to resident needs.
Overall, this property fails to provide the quality, safety, and service expected for the price.
