Worst place to live, they will try to charge you as much as they can when you move out, horrible quality housing and neighbors. DO NOT LIVE HERE

(Translated by Google) The door closed with the handle but the lock wasn't working. Two people came, so I had to readjust the tab and that fixed it. The door sealing strip came loose and I had to put tape on it because it wouldn't stick. Tried coming here to get an apartment. Their listings on Facebook said a 2 bed apartment was 1550. When we actually got here, that price is only available if you do move within the next day. If not, the price goes up 300 dollars. Please be aware of this if you are trying to move in. This makes it super hard to plan to move to a new house. They don’t tell you everything online, so please be aware. As well, look at the other reviews. Seems to have a problem with construction, ground maintenance and other things.

Living there is fine, my wife and I live there for 2 years in 2 different appartments. Good amenities and fair price for rent. Friendly staff as well, just beware that your deposit here is a joke. No matter what they will not only take all of it but charge you on top of it. Both appartments my wife and I before move out spent day and night cleaning the carpets, walls, and fridge and oven, anf the first apppartment they charged us 200 on top of taking the deposit and this last one they charged us $600 on top! What's the point of a deposit if you are always going to charge out of it no matter what. We even offered painting the walls before we moved out and went to ask for the paint color so I could buy it and do it and they did not want to provide it. So just, if you move there know ahead of time that no matter what, to move out, you gotta save up...

This place is the worst!! when we first moved in supposedly a cleaning company cleaned the apartment but nope vents were dirty and we had ants everywhere, we called the office and they said they could get a company to come spray but it would be a few days, the ants were on the counter tops and floor, so I took care of it myself with spray so we could finish moving in. I noticed the baseboard turning black so I opened the laundry room door and there is a water heater and furnace opposite washer and dryer behind closed doors. I opened the doors and water is spraying everywhere luckily it had a drain in that room, but the black stuff on the baseboards were mold. We called the office and they said it wasn’t a big deal and they could fix it, that took another week to get done and a tone of inconvenience with people coming in and out. Then our washer and dryer stopped working so when the maintenance guy came to check them out and found out they were bad during him removing them he hit into the hallway wall and put two big holes in the wall decided to mud but not paint it. After all this they sent us a final bill move out bill saying we owed over $400 dollars on top of our deposit for paint and cleaning, This place will definitely rip you off and not even think twice about it. Please don’t rent here and besides they don’t enforce the parking either broken down cars and other vehicles parked in good parking spots for months.

I’ve been a resident at the Meadows for over two years and have enjoyed my time here. The leasing office has been friendly and accommodating (shout out to Lorena and Kayla!). The maintenance team has always responded to any issues promptly (another shoutout to Mike, Jose and Kaylee). The only minor drawback is if you live on the third floor, be prepared to climb stairs as there are no elevators on the property. But a great way to get your steps in!
