The pool has been closed a half dozen times as has the hot tub. I would not rent here

I was going to keep a higher review score but their emergency maintenance team has failed to respond to 3 phone calls when being locked out. To the point I was left for four hours on my porch with no help. Two different neighbors of mine called the emegency maintenance line to no avail. In addition to that, they contacted them on instagram and were told nobody could help me. The police then had to get involved and this was the only way this was resolved.

Lived here for two years and wow what a joke. Bees everywhere, poop everywhere, buildings falling apart and getting charged for ever little thing. Hot tub constantly down. Moved into a dirty apartment. The walls are so thin you can hear every sound Neighbors make. Office is too focused on making tik toks instead of actually making a better living for their residents. Avoid this place with everything you can.

Pool has been closed multiple times already this summer. They opened up their pool late to begin with, and then itâs closed. Get the repairs out of the way so you donât have to keep closing it. Itâs been warm enough for months but they donât car. They told us to renew it would be an increase in rent and also, to get out of your lease, you would have to pay more than itâs worth it. They wonât let you transfer the lease to someone else. There are cheaper and better quality apartments in American fork and PG

Prospective renters should pay close attention to early termination provisions, fee structures, and policies regarding lease flexibility, as these can vary significantly and may not align with expectations. Itâs also important to fully understand how security deposits, cleaning charges, and move-out procedures are handled, as outcomes can differ depending on management interpretation of the lease terms. This may not be the best fit for renters who anticipate needing flexibilityâespecially those planning for major life transitions like purchasing a home. Overall, proceed carefully and make sure you fully understand all contractual obligations before committing.
