kept our deposit and charged us extra for stuff that was already broken when we moved in, the maintenance people never fixed anything, they are good at extorting people… the buildings are disgusting and were covered in spiderwebs but people get charged for the cleaning that dosent happen and carpets being “replaced” when we cleaned the apartment spotless.

I’ve had a really great experience living here so far. The apartment itself is clean, updated, and well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I’ve put in were handled quickly and professionally. The management team is friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which makes a big difference. The community feels safe and pretty quiet, which I really appreciate. They also have a nice pool that’s great during the warmer months, plus a small dog park nearby — perfect if you have a dog or just like getting outside. Overall, it’s been a comfortable, stress-free place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid apartment community.

Meadows has been a great place to live. It's clean, quiet, and well maintained. Management is attentive, maintenance is quick, rent is reasonable, and very dog friendly. I highly recommend.

Worst place to live, they will try to charge you as much as they can when you move out, horrible quality housing and neighbors. DO NOT LIVE HERE

(Translated by Google) The door closed with the handle but the lock wasn't working. Two people came, so I had to readjust the tab and that fixed it. The door sealing strip came loose and I had to put tape on it because it wouldn't stick. Tried coming here to get an apartment. Their listings on Facebook said a 2 bed apartment was 1550. When we actually got here, that price is only available if you do move within the next day. If not, the price goes up 300 dollars. Please be aware of this if you are trying to move in. This makes it super hard to plan to move to a new house. They don’t tell you everything online, so please be aware. As well, look at the other reviews. Seems to have a problem with construction, ground maintenance and other things.

Living there is fine, my wife and I live there for 2 years in 2 different appartments. Good amenities and fair price for rent. Friendly staff as well, just beware that your deposit here is a joke. No matter what they will not only take all of it but charge you on top of it. Both appartments my wife and I before move out spent day and night cleaning the carpets, walls, and fridge and oven, anf the first apppartment they charged us 200 on top of taking the deposit and this last one they charged us $600 on top! What's the point of a deposit if you are always going to charge out of it no matter what. We even offered painting the walls before we moved out and went to ask for the paint color so I could buy it and do it and they did not want to provide it. So just, if you move there know ahead of time that no matter what, to move out, you gotta save up...
